An Ottoman yatagan sword (sabre) - Turkey, 19th century. Single edged blade with a maker's mark one side, and on the other side a Oriental sabre with Arabic inscriptions. The silver parts of the grip are dammaged and fragile. The hear of one of the plate has a dammage. One side of the blade is corroded.
