Object possibly from Southern Russia.. The base of the urn is slightly bent causing it to stand uneven, however the metal is soft enough. To have it straightened out..

The very bottom is open.. I believe the closure is missing.

There are hallmarks or makers marks the waste bowl.. The tray is just over 8 long. About 5 1/8 at widest. Do see my other fabulousfinds.
