Moroccan nimcha sword - Morocco 19th century. Handle is wood covered with horn ox plates.Bones ornaments and red stones inlaid ox horn. The blade was produced locally. Close to the tip, there is a maker's mark. Scabbard is made of wood covered with leather. Ox horn covering the grip has some damages.
The blade and handle are not holding (see pictures 6). The iron guard was badly polished. Length with scabbard 89cm (35). Length without scabbard 87,5cm (34 1/2).Weight with scabbard 1000gr (35,3oz).
