ITEM(s) INCLUDED IN THIS LISTING. (2) ITEM(s) INCLUDED IN THIS LISTING Matched pair of luster / sconce hurricane globes. These are rumored to have come from the Pahlavi palace after the revolution, but they will date to the 19th C. The royal lion and sun symbol can be found opposite to the portraits.
The crystal is engraved and adorned with gilded decoration and jewels. The globes are attributed to Moser and once sat on a pair of Baccarat crystal lamps. Good luck finding another set! Each globe is approximately 11.5 tall. The bronze mount that fits into the candlestick is 1 7/8 in diameter. We are always open to questions and solutions to problems! DESCRIPTION of CONDITION USED There are some tiny chips and fleabites scattered around the cut tops. I have taken a photo of one flaw to give an example. They aren't perfect, but they are an extremely rare find!
