Vintage Persian Minakari Hand Painted Enamel on Copper Crescent Shaped Dish

A vintage Persian minakari enamel on copper bowl of crescent shape. It has finely detailed hand painting of traditional patterns over a blue ground to the exterior and a mixed colour interior. The dish also has embossed details which are the white ground floral panels to the exterior. Note the particularly attractive green interior base with ghost like flower heads. The shape of the dish is of course also symbolic and this example likely dates to the mid century period.

Good order with very little wear, hand made and hand painted so there are of course some natural flaws.
