Antique Late 19th Century Persian Sleeping Lion Trinket Box, SilverPlate On

Incredible detail and near perfect condition. This antique Persian box features a sleeping lion on top, and a handcarved floral and diamond design around the sides. No dings, dents, breaks, etc. And the lid secures and removes as intended. I do want to point out that the provenance on this box came from an appraiser at an estate sale, where it was found amoung a vast collection of antiques from the same period. This piece has a moderate patina, which I made no attempt to clean or polish. Please see pics for further description and condition.
