Antique Middle Eastern Islamic Painted Artwork In Hand Made Wood Mosaic Frame
For sale is this antique piece of middle eastern artwork that is framed in a hand made wooden mosaic frame. This piece looks to be etched and painted on some sort of hard white material. It looks like wood or something. It is a beautiful piece of art. It was framed in a frame that is made of tiny wood pieces that are glued together in a pattern forming a mosaic.
The frame is so intricate. It does have some condition flaws (I consider them to be minor and mostly bumped corners).The back flap that allows the frame to stand on a table is very loose and really needs repair or modification (unless you choose to hang it). It has been recovered on the back, and set up to be hung/displayed. This is a beautiful piece. They actually sell for that, and not just asking prices.
