Very Rare Art Artist: Chas. Sieber was an artist from Oregon who was involved in the Art Institute of Chicago, and exhibited there in 1916. This art is reminiscent of the Orientalist era at the turn of the century. It is a wonderful rendition of a Middle Eastern rug market.
