19th c. Antique Ottoman Empire Islamic Turkey Kutahya Iznik Pottery Dish Plate

Real and rare antique, ceramic dish, excellent specimen of the early period of Kutachia (17th and onwards), probably early 19th century. This is a museum piece, hand painted, perfect technique with fantastic colors, the dark cobalt blue, soft turquoise, with white between the patterns, embossing coral, etc.

The clear glaze is all over the plate, except for the round, interior part on the back side. Despite its age, it does not crackle, nor are there "drops". In the perimeter, there are signs of wear, but overall it is in very good collectible condition for an antique of so many years.

Its diameter is 20 cm or aprox. 8 inches and its weight is 350 gr. From a smoke / pet free home.
