An late 19th century middle eastern dagger made by the Kurds in the area of Kurdistan comprising Iran, Iraq, Syria and Turkey. 7 inch (18cm) double edged slightly curved blade with a central ridge and possibly damascus, carved horn hilt, contained in the original wooden sheath covered in tooled leather, small mount missing at the bottom of the scabbard.
