Antique Islamic Damascus Mamluk Ottoman Silver Inlaid Brass Dallah Coffee Pot

PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT MY OTHER ITEMS FOR MORE MIDDLE EASTERN / ISLAMIC ITEMS. For sale we have this beautiful, very fine quality antique Damascus Dallah (coffee pot). It dates early 1900's. From It is made from brass which has been inlaid with silver and copper.

There is stunningly fine Arabic calligraphic thuluth script which has been inlaid with silver around the body of the dallah. Beautiful arabesque and geometric motifs also adorn the body along with fine copper inlay detailing all over. Breathtaking hand chased floral designs decorate the dallah all over.

The lid has been mounted with a crescent moon. Typical to see on Damascus pieces from this period.

A lovely brass handle is mounted to the side of the dallah. The height of the dallah is 23.5cm = 9.3 inches. The dallah (coffee pot) is in excellent condition. The crescent moon on the lid sits at a very slight angle, but other than that, overall very good condition.
