Antique Middle Eastern bronze vessel (water pot). Persia or Yemen, circa 1900. This is a PRETTY and ANTIQUE Islamic metalwork, water pot. All hand made, in heavy bronze (brass), with repeated arabesque decoration of flowers motifs. Turning or lathing metal work. Please see photos carefully to admire the beauty of the work.

H : 10 inches (25 cm). W : 5 inches (16 cm) maximum width. Weight : 3 lbs 2.6 oz (1.42 kgs). The heavy weight reflects the thickness of the bronze and authenticity of the work.

I cleaned, and waxed it. Wear at the metal in a certain area (see last photo), probably old water damage area. Minor scratches consistent with age and use.
