DESCRIPTION / CONDITION / PROVENANCE. This is a very old antique Mamluk etched copper pot. Pot has Arabic inscription throughout as well as a band of different animals.

(Please see photos) The condition of the pot is aged and looks to have been well used in its day, has a beautiful greenish patina and some small cracks on the top rim. This piece was acquired from a high-end world travelers' estate that had multiple unique antiques; from our understanding this person was a historian and high-end antique collector.
