Antique Moroccan nimcha sabre (sword) with a 18th century Solingen blade. Single edged curved blade, very probably for Solingen in Germany. Both sides of the blade are engraved very traditional and typical symbols (armed arm, crescent moon, sun, stars) from 18th century and early 19th century in Solingen. Some parts of the symbols are erased. Scabbard is wood covered with leather.

Length with scabbard 94cm (37). Length without scabbard 92cm (36 1/4). Blade length 75,5cm (29 3/4). Weight with scabbard 1058gr (37,32 oz). Weight without scabbard 895gr (31,57 oz).
