Antique old vintage persian silver tea set of 6 floral design cup with glass

Persian silver floral pattern tea set. Includes glasses 2.75 tall sits in the silver part. When glass in silver part approx. In the bottom there are 4 hallmarks which I can not make out but the pictures (with/without flash) show them. Each weighs slightly different from 59+ grams to 65 grams according to my scale.
