The Turkish gentleman in this antique Oil Painting is having a smoke on a hookah after eating a small orange. You can see the orange peel on the floor. The flaired handle you see coming out of the mna's wiastband is the handle of a Turkish Bichaq Dagger. This finely detailed oil painting is on canvas stretch over a piece of early 20th century fibre board and it comes in a 15 ½" by 20 ½" carved and painted Arts & Crafts Frame.
