Antique ottoman silk dress robe and trousers

A rare antique ottoman dress robe with matching trousers made from a fabulous soft and lightweight brocaded taffetas woven with fringes (silk woven probably around 1850). The top of the dress is lined with cotton from the shoulders to the hips, the trousers are completely lined. Every seam is hand stitched! Both are in very good, strong and clean antique condition with 2 tiny holes to the back of one trousers leg. The dress closes (from breast to hips) with 29 small round brown silk crochet buttons (none missing).
