Antique silver Arabian jambiya (kanjar) - Arabian peninsula, 19th century. The hilt is constructed from a fine silver work.

The silver is of a great quality. Scabbard is wood covered with green fabric and a fine silver word. The back of the scabbard is covered with leather. Double edged blade with medial ridge. Pommel of the hilt has a small damage (see pictures 5 and 6).

Parts of the cabbard is damaged but it is still strong and solid. Length without scabbard 25cm (9 3/4).
