Antique Syrian shamshir sabre (sword) - Syria early 20th. Nice single edged curved blade. The blade is entirely engraved. Hilt is covered with embossed copper and brass filigree wire.

The copper and filigree of the hilt have damage. Length 97cm (38 1/4 in).
