Antique Vintage Islamic Arabic Calligraphy Tinned Copper Pitcher Ewer Jug 18.5

This listing is for the old long spout pitcher that you see in the photos. I do not know where it was made.

I think that it is copper because I found a of deep scratch along the bottom edge of the base where it looks like a reddish colored metal is exposed. Also, this type of old pitcher is often made of copper. It measures close to 18 1/2 inches tall and weighs close to 3 pounds 4 ounces. The condition is much like you see it in the photos. There is uneven oxidation or patina. I see many light scratches in the surface that run parallel to each other and I believe are from when it was made. There are scratches on the bottom that I think were made some time after it was made. Otherwise, it is as shown.
