Of buffware pottery, with green glaze and manganese painted decoration, with flaring body, the interior painted with a radiating geometric pattern. The outer surface with triangle motifs around the rim, leading down to a short foot and standing on an unglazed base.
Height: 6.9 cm or 2 3/4 inches. Diameter: 18.4 cm or 7 1/4 inches. In good restored condition, with historic crack repairs and over painting visible throughout.The piece is intact and feels robust, providing an excellent example of this type of antiquity.
