An early 20th century Yemeni jambiya dagger, slightly curved double edged 21cm blade with a central ridge either side, one side etched with 2 lines of poetry, typical shaped rhino horn hilt and a decorative band around the centre and bottom, a line of filigree work along the centre, contained in the original wooden brown leather covered sheath with decorative gold coloured metal mounts top and bottom covered with filigree work, overall 33cm.
