Exquisite Antique Turkish Islamic Hand Hammered Inlaid Brass and Silver Tray. Brass and silver tray with a great deal of detail and texture to its traditional Ottoman Empire design, There are foliate flourishes throughout the Tray with a Tughra(which was the seal of the emperor) in the center. All of this is accented with inlays of silver. Meticulously hand carved, the fabrication of this type of metalwork is a dying art. Measuring 23 3/4 across, with an ornate border, this piece is surprisingly heavy at 5 lbs.
