PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT MY OTHER ITEMS FOR MORE MIDDLE EASTERN / ISLAMIC ITEMS. For sale is this extremely fine quality antique solid silver candlesticks in the lustre style, by the very famous maker Amir Saei.

The actual maker of the two candlesticks was VARTAN. However it was Amir Saei who completed the magnificent hand chasing on these two very elegant pieces. The two candlesticks have beautiful open worked shades which screw on and off and the top. They are also have lovely hanging prisms.

There are two hand chased scenes on the on each of the shades at the top including figures playing instruments and dervish figures smoking hookah. The body of the candlesticks have been hand chased with extremely fine floral work along further seated figures. Both candlesticks have been signed by Amir Saei on the lamp shades.

They are tested and is guaranteed high grade solid silver. It has also been hallmarked with the 84 hallmark too. The height of each candlestick is 43.5cm = 17.1 inches.

The total weight of both candlesticks is 2276.7 grams. In total over 2.2kg.
