Huge 26 Antique Persian Etched Copper Tray Round wall mount Unidentified

Very large Wall hanging plate- was told it is middle eastern, possibly persian or deep continent india. Front is all copper with scene depicting birds, animals and flowers was heavily tarnished, but we managed to clean it up enough to show what it is. As of right now, we are listing it as unknown, unidentified. Back appears to be pewter colored metal with wall mount.
