PLEASE HAVE A LOOK AT MY OTHER ITEMS FOR MORE MIDDLE EASTERN / ISLAMIC ITEMS. For sale we have this HUGE antique original and GENUINE 15th Century Mamluk copper bowl. This wonderful large masterpiece has been hand chased all around the copper body. There are three beautiful calligraphic panels separated by very finely detailed arabesque roundels.

The bowl would have been made in Damascus or Cairo during the 15th century or perhaps slightly earlier. This is a guaranteed AUTHENTIC 15th Century MAMLUK bowl - and NOT a 19th century revival piece.

It is a huge example in fantastic condition, so don't miss your chance to own this fabulous collector's piece worthy to be displayed in any Islamic collection or Museum. The diameter of the bowl is 43cm = 17 inches. The height of the bowl is 22.5cm = 8.9 inches.

The bowl is in excellent condition for its age. A few minor dings but overall fantastic condition. Please see the photos shown above.
