Islamic Silver & Copper Antique Decorated Plate with Leaping Deer. Very Old

This is a beautiful and very old antique Islamic tray or plate that is made of thick copper with a fairly thick silver floral design. Towards the bottom is a leaping deer which is very typical in Islamic art. Towards the top are some texts in Arabic that I have no idea what it says.

It measures 8.75 in diameter and weighs about 15 oz. The silver has tarnished to almost black. You can tell that the copper has been polished quite a while ago and the patina is starting to come back. The reverse side has a slight rainbow effect towards the edge and this tells me that again it was polished quite a long time ago. In the areas that they could not polish, there's a very dark patina.

I cannot tell exactly how old but I would think that it is 1920s or older. Please ask if you have any questions.
