Khanjar Balkan Ottoman Dagger Albanian sword jambiya. We are offering an antique Khanjar. We have seen a similar example that was labeled as coming from Albania, but we are not versed in this type of dagger so excuse us if we erred on the description.

Blade - typical shape, curved, double edged with a pronounced central rib. Nice gold koftgari decorates the forte. Hilt - remnants of I shaped walrus bone.

Scabbard - wood, covered with fabric, the metal throat and chape fitting are covered in silver and gold koftgari. It could use a bit of polishing to bring out the details.
