We will be glad to answer all your questions and to provide additional photos and information. All damaged or missing items will investigated by the Canada Post. Customer is responsible to report any damage within five days receiving the item. All packing material should be kept in case a claim is needed. Please contact me first and wait for approval before returning the item.
If a package is lost or damaged, it can take up to 1 month to investigate these claims. If proper instructions are not followed your return will be invalid and you will forfeit all privileges.
