Large Antique Islamic Cairoware Damascus Mamluk Ottoman Hand Chased Brass Bowl

The bowl has been hand chased with stunning calligraphic panels in two styles - Thuluth and Kufic calligraphy. There are arabesque motifs as well as geometric / floral patterns too.

Very fine hand chased detailing all over the bowl too. The diameter of the bowl is 19.5cm = 7.7 inches.

The height of the bowl is 15.7cm = 6.2 inches. The bowl is in very good condition. One very tiny hole (shown in the last photo) and a few very very minor dings, but overall good condition.
