LARGE MUSEUM QUALITY ANTIQUE PERSIAN ISLAMIC DAMASCUS SILVER INLAID TRAY C1800s

The tray dates from late 1800's or perhaps very early 1900's and it has been cleaned thoroughly. The tray was very tarnished before. I actually have a photo of the tray before it was cleaned. If you would like to see it please let me know.

It has been inlaid with extremely fine silver in the form of breathtaking Arabic Thuluth script. There are also stunning arabesque and geometric patterns. The tray has also been hand chased with floral designs, which adds a whole new dimension to the tray. This is one of the most beautiful silver inlaid tray I have listed in a while. One of the finest examples of silver inlay work you will ever see. The diameter of the tray is approximately 55cm. The tray is in excellent condition. Some minor losses to the silver and copper, bit overall the tray is in a very goo and beautiful condition. Please see the photos shown below.
