Middle eastern Silver On Copper Persian 19 Engraved Platter

19 Middle Eastern Persian Silver on Copper tray. Lavishly hand engraved in a bird/flower motif. No two birds or flowers are alike. I do not see a signature but doesn't mean it's not there. I don't know what to look for.

No cracks or chips any where.
