An old, Jerusalem pottery mug, made by the Armenian Karakshian / Balian families and dating to c. Iznik style decoration of a gazelle amongst flowers, on a russet brown ground. The interior has the hand modelled figure of a frog. Measuring 4.75 high and in good condition apart from three glaze flakes to the top rim.
