Outstanding Antique Far Eastern Silver Repousse Decorated Cigarette Case. Originally presented & belonging to Major E. Lane of the Royal Engineers. Beautifully decorated with wonderful deep repousse detailing incorporating profuse stylized scrolling & lion & elephant detail.

No hallmarks but definitely guaranteed solid silver. Excellent condition with a couple of minor edge ding's only & one of the very best cases i have seen. Size:12.6cm x 8.2cm x 1cm.
