Persian Islamic Devil Head Mace / Scepter

Persian Islamic Devil Head Mace. I believe this is possibly from 19th Century, could be early 1900's. In good condition over all.

There is some rusting in one are as shown in the photographs. It is dented on one side of the head. Please view photographs for all condition detail. 26 and 3/4 inches long.
