RARE ANTIQUE 19th CENTURY PERSIAN QAJAR ISLAMIC PAPIER MACHE SULTAN PAINTING. The painting dates from late 1800's nearing the end of the Qajar era. It has been painted on a thin papier mache panel. The full body portrait of a King. Near the bottom of the panel it has the King's name: "Sultan Mihram".
The quality of this painting is breathtaking! The height is 22.5cm = 8.6 inches.
The width is 14.8cm = 5.8 inches. The painting is in very good condition for its age.
