Rare Arabic Persian Large Mashrabiya Turned Bobbin Picture Or Mirror Frame

This excellent example of Masharibiya measures about twenty two inches wide and nineteen inches tall. It is in very good condition with slight wear commensurate with age. The turned wooden bobbins are still tightly joined with no slackness. There are some small pieces of mother of pearl inlay missing in the corners and the centre roundel of the pediment. A very simple restoration even for the amateur.
