This magnificent large box has extremely fine hand chased work with such amazing attention to detail, all completed to the highest of standards by hand. This impressive hand chased decoration has a very ornate pattern and is simply stunning. The superb elegant central design is decorated with rosettes and this is surrounded amongst floral branches and motifs.

There is a border again of floral designs. The sides are also elegantly decorated with ornate hand chased patterns. Stunning work completed to a very high standard. The hallmarked box is signed by the maker and also stamped with 84, which is the highest purity of Persian silver being 875 grade, like the Russian grade.

This large box measures 18 cm's x 9.5 cm's This box weighs an impressive 446 grams (14.33 troy ounces). Rich lustreous silver patina throughout. This absolutely stunning table box is in excellent antique condition and of outstanding quality.
