Real antique Omani Khanjar or dagger

This antique silver Khanjar or dress dagger has been with me for at least 35 years. It is an authentic Khanjar or some age and not a tourist reproduction as many such items are.

I bought this Khanjar in the old silver souq in Nizwa in the Sultanate of Oman in the late 70's. The blade is 16 /17 cms long and a single iece not twp halfs welded together like the tourist reproductions. The belt, although worn somewhat, is original. A quick search will show you that similar ANTIQUE khanjars sell for 2000 plus and even tourist pieces command 1000 plus. Beautifuly decorated with silver and silver mounted handle.
