Superb Unique Antique Repousse Chased Islamic Persian Indian Kashmir Pitcher/jug

A beautiful Zoomorphic pitcher in repousse and engraved floral decoration made in the shape of a bird quadruped with a small leopard standing on a head of a snake. The pitcher is standing on unusual paw feet, same pattern as on the snake (handle). The vessel is beautifully and intricately decorated with influences from Persian & Mughal designs. A highly decorative unique & rare hard to come by item.
