Vintage Glass Persian Style large Spire Decanters "Mozaffar ad-Din Shah Qajar". On offer is this striking pair of vintage large hand blown and decorated spire stoppered decanters, possibly originating from Turkey. Because of the hand blown process they differ slightly in proportions. The decoration is gilded patterns and "panels" with painted enamel flowers. There are 2 prints of.
The style is quite crude but very attractive and reminiscent of Ottoman Beykoz glass - will make great interior design pieces. The tallest is approximately 22 Inches tall including the stopper, the other 20 Inches. Both approximately 5.5 Inches diameter at their widest points.
